On May 16th, the Department of Electrical Engineering hosted an End-of-the-Semester party in the Carlton Lounge. This year's student award recipients were recognized for their outstanding achievements by our chair, Professor Shih-Fu Chang. Pictured below Xiaoping Liu receives the Armstrong Award, Jian Tan receives the Jury Award, Kai Yang receives the Jury Award, Eric Zavesky receives the Millman award, Frank Zovko receives the Armstrong Award, and Stephen Robinson is presented with the Computer Engineering award by Professor Ken Shepard.
