Dr. Kouloheris received his B.S.E.E. from the University of Florida and his M.S.E.E. and Ph.D from Stanford University. He has worked at IBM for over 40 years, most of that time at IBM Research. He has worked on and managed research in a wide variety of areas including computer systems, multimedia, embedded systems, operating systems, hypervisors, and software defined networking.
