Alexei is an IEEE Fellow and currently works on the Communications and Statistical Sciences Research department at Bell Laboratories. He recevied his PhD from the Institute for Information Transmission Problems, Russian Academy of Sciences, and his MS from Perm National Research Polytechnic University.
