Tanbir Haque

Tanbir received the Ph.D. in electrical engineering and the M.Sc. in applied mathematics from Columbia University. His current research interests include energy-efficient transceiver architectures for emerging 6G wireless communication and sensing applications. Tanbir held various R&D and technical management positions at Interdigital from 2000 to 2021. He led efforts to develop radio technologies for 3/4G CDMA, LTE, LTE-A, 5G NR and 6G ultra-low power, sub-THz ultra-high throughput and sensing-assisted wireless communication. Prior to joining Interdigital, Tanbir was with the Wireless Technology Center at Motorola and the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider Department at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
