If you are coming from the Northeast United States, it seems as though the cheapest option is to go through New York.
When making your plans, keep in mind some of the things we have planned for that week. We hope you will be able to come to some of it. Try to arrive by Thursday afternoon or Friday morning to come to the ice breaker party!
If you are coming for just the weekend, we suggest you fly directly to Merida (airport code MID) which is only 20 minutes from downtown.
If you able to come for longer, you can fly into Cancun (airport code CUN), which is 3 hours from Merida. We will arrange for someone to come pick you up any day Monday through Thursday of that week. Then, we can either help you arrange transportation back to Cancun or you can come with us on our trip which will end in Cancun on Saturday.
Whatever you decide to do, please contact us and let us know what your plans are so that we can make arrangements to pick you up from the airport.
