Research Scientist 01/2010-present

Research on automatic multimedia asset management, including content-based multimedia classification and indexing, video storytelling and summarization. Especially interested in joint audio-visual analysis to extract audio-visual signatures to effectively represent videos, and in cross-domain learning to adaptively use various types of information from different sources to help manage the current multimedia data set.
