CHEESE CAKE

15 oz. Ricotta cheese                   1 measure of cheese container of
1 measure of cheese container of         dry milk (powder)
sugar                                   1/2 tsp. cardamom powder 
                                        1 Tbsp. melted butter

Mix the above ingredients well in a Pyrex pan and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When cool, cut it into small pieces. Serves 9-10 people.
