CHEEDAI (Type 2)

1 c. rice                               1/8 tsp. asafoetida (powder)
1/3 c. cream-of-wheat                   1/4 tsp. cumin seeds
1/3 c. Bis-quick mix                    1/4 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. coconut (shredded)               3/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. butter

Combine first 9 ingredients to make dough. Make dough into small balls about the size of marbles and deep fry in oil until golden brown.
