Prof. Chang and Prof. Ellis Win an Award from the NSF Cyber Trust Program

Prof. Shih-Fu Chang and Prof. Dan Ellis just won a 3-year $350K award from the NSF Cyber Trust Program to study advanced methods and systems for detecting digital tampering of multimedia content. The project is entitled "Trustworthy Media: Blind Passive Media Forensics for Content Integrity Verification." The results will be useful for verifying integrity of digital audio-visual content, ensuring information authenticity in several applications such as journalism, intelligence, surveillance, and public services.
