Ph.D. student, Boya Wang received the Spring 2023 Chiang Chen Industrial Fellowship at the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science.
This Fellowship encourages students from Greater China to pursue their studies in the top universities in United States, and is a gift from the Chiang Chen Industrial Charity Foundation.
Boya is supervised by professor Matthias Preindl, in MPLab in department of electrical engineering. He received an M.S degree at Tsinghua University and a B.S. degree at China University of Mining and Technology. His research interests are the control of power converters with a specific focus on renewable energy and energy storage.
