Jacob Trevino

Jacob Trevino , Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer at Chemeleon, a Brooklyn, NY-based start-up company developing next-generation point-of-care diagnostics for the medical community. He is also founder and president of Nanotech NYC. This organization aims to foster the continued growth of the nanotechnology community in the greater NYC area and beyond. Dr. Trevino has a BS in Physics and BA in Mathematics from Susquehanna University, a MS in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from Boston University. Over the years he has held the position of Nanofabrication Facility Director at the City University of New York ASRC, New York University, and the University of Pennsylvania. He has also held senior micro-electro-mechanical systems engineering roles at Analog Devices, Inc. and Integrated Sensing Systems, Inc.
