1/2 tsp. mustard seeds 1 tsp. masala powder 2 chopped green chilies 1 tsp. coriander powder 1/2 tsp. ginger (chopped) 1/2 tsp. chili powder 2 onions (chopped) 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 1 Tbsp. oil 2 tomatoes, sliced 3 medium potatoes (diced) salt to taste 1/2 c. green peas 1 c. water
In a medium size saucepan, fry first 4 ingredients in a tablespoon of oil. When the mixture turns into golden colors, add remaining ingredients and cook for 15-20 minutes. This goes well with chappathies.
