个人简介

 

 

戚晨皓,男,1981年生,博士,讲师,IEEE/ACM/IEICE会员,中国计算机学会会员。2000年9月至2004年7月在东南大学强化班(现吴健雄学院)学习,2004年7月获东南大学信息工程专业学士学位,并免试硕士研究生;2004年9月起在东南大学信息科学与工程学院硕博连读,获东南大学优秀博士论文基金资助。2010年6月,获东南大学信号与信息处理专业博士学位。2008年9月至2010年1月在美国哥伦比亚大学电子工程系访问。2010年7月留校,任东南大学信息科学与工程学院讲师、多媒体技术研究所副所长。作为主要研究人员参与了国家863项目、国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金等,积累了丰富的MCU/DSP/FPGA/ARM/PCB开发经验。目前主持教育部博士点基金、中国空间技术研究院创新基金、华为创新研究计划等项目。近五年在IEEE/IET/IEICE等期刊及ICC/ICASSP/WCNC/VTC等会议上发表第一作者论文近30篇,其中SCI检索8篇,EI检索15篇。拥有4项发明专利。担任IEEE Globecom、WCNC、ChinaCom、WCSP、ICCC、ISIEA、PECON等会议的程序委员会成员,并担任IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Signal Processing Letters、IEEE Communications Letters、IEEE Wireless Communications Letters、IET Signal Processing、EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing、EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking、电子学报、电子与信息学报、应用科学学报、数据采集与处理等期刊的审稿人及IEEE ICC、ICASSP、WCNC等会议的审稿人。
