Shahram
Ebadollahi received the PhD degree in electrical engineering from
Columbia University in the city of New York, where he was a Graduate
Research Assistant in the Digital
Video and MultiMedia lab of Prof. Shih-Fu
Chang. He joined the IBM T.J. Watson
research center in Hawthorne, New York in early 2005 as a Research
Staff Member.
He is currently
conducting research in the broad field of multimedia content analysis,
understanding and indexing. He is primarily interested in the domain of
healthcare multimodal content management.
Shahram grew up in Tehran, Iran and received his undergraduate degree
in Telecommunications Engineering from Tehran Polytechnic Institute.
He lives with his wife and two daughters in Westchester, New York.
