This is the webpage for the Oscillator Testbench integrated circuit chip designed for the ELENE 6350 course instructed by Prof. Peter Kinget at Columbia University. The chip was performed as an exercise in the design of different oscillator circuits (LC, ring oscillator, etc). Ultimately an additional goal of this project is to test the effects of a variety micro-fabrication processes performed on the chip. The chip has also been laid out to allow for future integration with external components (ceramic crystals) to implement crystal oscillators.
