This is the home page of the course EE E3910, Elements of Digital Systems,
as taught at Columbia University in the Fall of 1999. General course
information, special announcements, homeworks, and solutions can be found
here. Students are expected to periodically check the contents of this site to

General course description
Fundamentals of digital system design and analysis, with an emphasis on
computer architecture. Topics covered include digital computers and
information, combinational and sequential circuits analysis and design, memory
and programmable logic devices, sequencing and control, instruction set
architecture.
