Here are a few details. REGISTRATION We will be collecting DKK 450 in cash from each participant at the workshop. This covers the room rent, proceedings, and lunch and refreshments during the day. We will be in the Musiksalen from 8am onwards on Sunday morning; please try to arrive in good time so we can get registration completed before the sessions begin at 9am. We will have printed receipts prepared for each participant. SESSION TIMING The oral presentations will be 15 minutes long, with a couple of minutes between for questions and changeover. The per-session overview talks will be 10 minutes. This leaves 45 minutes in each session for the simultaneous poster presentations. With only 5 or 6 posters per session, this should be adequate. POSTER FORMAT We will be using the same poster boards as for the main Eurospeech conference, so you should prepare your poster according to the same specifications as for the main conference: http://eurospeech2001.org/information/posters.html Those specifications are complicated because each poster occupies a pair of adjacent boards, each 1m (3') wide. However, despite their advice to produce your poster in two pieces, I think a single poster within the 'standard' size of 36" x 72" (a little under 2m x 1m) should be fine. MORE INFORMATION I will add any late-breaking information to the CRAC web site: http://www.ee.columbia.edu/crac/ Have a safe journey, and we look forward to seeing you all on Sunday.
