Welcome! Open House March 1, 2013 to March 2, 2013
If you have been admitted to the MS/PhD program in Electrical Engineering at Columbia, we would like to invite you to attend our Open House which will be held starting on Friday, March 1, 2013 through Saturday, March 2, 2013. We will be able to support your travel costs (up to $750) and we will supply accommodations during that weekend. A visit is the best way to get a feel for the Department, the faculty, the students and the research going on - we certainly encourage you to come if at all possible.

What You Should Do
There are a number of things you should do as soon as possible:
- Send an email to mailto: or to let us know if you will be attending (when you will arrive, when you will leave, what activities you will be attending, will you want a hotel room, or are you staying with friends)
- Make your air/train/car travel plans. We will reimburse you up to a fixed amount based on the distance you have to travel, but you have to make your own travel plans. Do it early for best fares. ALWAYS keep your original receipts if you expect to be reimbursed.
