When You Arrive

You will most likely arrive on Friday, March 1. We will have someone available in the Electrical Engineering Office to welcome you and to give you a packet of information for the Open House from 9am to 5pm.

Get your packet: When you arrive on Friday morning, proceed to the Electrical Engineering Department and pick up your information packet.
Contact information: If you have any difficulties finding us, are lost, or just need some help, try the following people and numbers: Ms. Jessica Rodriguez 212-854-5019, Prof. Ken Shepard 646-205-0438. Please call us in advance if you will not be able to make it on that day and we are expecting you.
Pick up your Packets: Your information packets will be available in the Conference Room of the Electrical Engineering Department Office. The office is located on the 13th floor of the Mudd Building at 500 West 120th St.; the building is at the northeast corner of West 120th St. and Amsterdam Ave. You can enter the building from the street or campus level. Note that you will enter the building on the 4th floor when you enter from the campus level.
After you pick up your packet: There will be a breakfast buffet followed by research presentations. From here we will be following the agenda.
