You can download the most current version for your operating system here.
Once download is complete, you will need to install the plug-in.
You will also need to restart your computer and/or browser before viewing.

I see the video, but there is no index and the controls are at the top of the pop up window
- how do I fix this?
This and most other issues can be solved by downloading the newest version of RealPlayer and trying again after installation.
The display says "connecting" or "No Clip" and never shows the video? Why is this?
There probably is another a video window open - be sure to close one presentation before starting another.
I cannot move between the segments listed in the index. Why?
Check to make sure you have the "Play" button engaged in the video transport at bottom of window.
