March 02, 2009

Prof. Ioannis Kymissis has published a new book, Organic Field Effect Transistors: Theory, Fabrication, and Characterization, by Springer. It is the first monograph to cover organic field effect transistors, and is targeted at practitioners and advanced students in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Applied Physics who are interested in the field. The book covers the fundamentals of OFET technology with a particular emphasis on the fundamentals of the technology and the practical aspects of device design, layout, the fabrication of integrated circuits, and characterization of devices using both traditional and emerging characterization strategies.
