If you are unsatisfied with the service being provided by the webmaster in any way, please send an e-mail to Professor Rubenstein () with subject "WEBMASTER PROBLEM" explaining the problem. Please include evidence of e-mail exchanges, tickets issued, etc. that relate to the complaint. Professor Rubenstein will then investigate the issue and will provide a response as to how the issue was resolved.
