Categories: Welcome
Harish Krishnaswamy received the B. Tech. degree in Electrical
Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras, India, in
2001, and the MS and PhD degrees from the University of Southern
California. In January 2009, he joined the Electrical Engineering
department of Columbia University as an Assistant Professor.
His research interests lie broadly in the areas of analog, RF and
millimeter-wave circuit design. More specifically, he has worked on
high-quality integrated passive components, integrated high-frequency
oscillators and RF and mmWave integrated phased-array transceivers.
During the summers of 2007 and 2008, he was with Sierra Monolithics
Inc. and the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center respectively, where he
worked on integrated mmWave transceiver building blocks.
